On 10.26.2015, Institute of Legislative Standing Committee of the National Assembly held a seminar under the theme “Improving legislation to promote restructuring of the banking system, bad debts and meet demand integration (WTO, TPP, AEC) “. Roundtable by Dr. Dinh Xuan Thao – Director of Institute of Legislative Studies chaired attracted the participation of many deputies, experts and scholars in the country.
\nSeminar to exchange, discuss the situation restructuring the banking system and bad debts in our country the last time, pointing out the problems concerning the legal basis to be addressed as well as perfecting the legal demand relevant laws to meet the requirements of international economic integration. At the same time, the seminar also provides additional reference information serving deputies report discusses the economic situation – social at the 10th Session of the National Assembly XIII.
